The Five

TV show- Harlan Coben This is another British mystery show. Its about a kid that goes missing and  20 years later some of his family is still looking for him. Its actually tragic! But the story that comes from this tragedy is awesome. There is stories around kidnapping, pedophilia, infidelity, depression, murder, and most importantly friendship and loyalty. Hannah Arterton is the only one I recognized from the show, only because we had just watched her in Safe. Every other actor is probably somewhat famous in England. They were all very good actors, very believable. I'm curious to know more about this Harlan Coben guy. I want to watch everything he does. Also searched him and it turns out that he is American! Why are all of his movies produced in England? He lives in New Jersey, went to HS with Chris Christie and College with Dan Brown! So that's cool right? Turns out, I need to read his books too!

In Conclusion, Don't Worry About It

Book- Lauren Graham I love Lorelai Gilmore! In my opinion, she carried Gilmore Girls. There were a lot of fantastic side characters that I will watch in everything they ever do again. Alexis Bledel is just one of those characters... I like her and I respect her as a person, but Rory isn't a practical character. Anyway, this isn't about Gilmore Girls! This is about the main character and how she went on to become a bigger and more successful person. She went on to costar in Parenthood where she was just in the ensemble but was still the best. There she wrote 2 books, I liked one, I haven't finished the first one yet... But I started it... Its fiction and I like knowing about her more so I stopped reading it so I  could read this one. Everyone should read this book! It is 85 pages, I finished it on my lunch break in one day. I guess it was wrote as a commencement address that she gave for her old high school. She gave the speech then went on to expand it and publish it. I

Ocean's 8

Movie Ocean's 11 was one of my favorite movies for the longest time because of the stars. I didn't appreciate 12 and I don't even remember 13 at all. But this one had all of the charm of the original. With Sandra Bullock, Mindy Kaling, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hatheway, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, and Helena Bonham Carter are all big characters. And I'm glad there was a twist that actually made the con more acceptable. I wasn't sold on it until the end. The con was brilliant and culturally relevant! Jewelry! Diamonds! "girls best friends." And the crew is all girl power and strength. And as a nation, we are trying to push women and our power. I'm all for it, especially when portrayed like this. Also Awkwafina is amazing! She is also in Dude but other than that, I've never seen her in anything. Although she is in Crazy Rich Asians, I haven't seen it yet. And James Corden is the best, I love him in anything. I wish I could say more but I don't
