A Walk to Remember

Movie In honor of Mandy Moore getting her star on the Walk of Fame and Shane West showing up to give a speech in her honor, I decided to watch an old favorite. I’ve probably seen this movie 30 times, but each time I cry! It’s just so beautiful and sad and it’s one of those stories that you want but don’t want. Mandy Moore is somehow transformed from girl who needs sun to beautiful girl in love without changing at all! It’s the craziest kind of movie magic. She gets more pail but she becomes more beautiful because of love. How do you replicate that for a movie?! It’s incredible. Also is it just me, or is everyone in that movie unbelievable pail. Is it just winter for the whole movie? But I like to talk about the stars (celebrities). Mandy is currently on the best show on TV and newly married. So this is kind of a big year for her. This is us is so good and I mean, she isn't the best one on the show but its the best show with the best people! Mandy Moore, I feel like she's d

Captain Marvel

Movie Guys, I went to the movie theater! It was for my friend's birthday party thing. But it was a great movie! I don't know anything about Brie Larson, so I was hesitant about this movie, but I love Marvel and obviously think that female superheros need way more hollywood play. I don't know why they never showed us Black Widow's back story, I think that would be way more fascinating than 3 Ironman movies. Even Black Widow with Hawkeye, they clearly have a history... But with that finally a female led Marvel movie. And guys! Jude Law is in it! I had no idea! Any way this movie follows Carol Danvers as she tries to remember her past. It feels like the same story as Peter Quill AKA Starlord. Also she works with the same people that are in Guardians of the Galaxy so that doesn't help either. But I stayed awake for this movie! That right there is a good sign. Also I totally didn't catch the twist until right before it happened so that is also fantastic. But th

Incredibles 2

Movie I know, this is a long time coming! I even watched it weeks ago but I slept through the whole thing! I was awake for the first 10 minutes and even that was fuzzy. See, I work nights and I basically sleep while stopped now. It has nothing to do with the movie... But I finally watched all of it. It is obviously a kids movie, so kind of predictable because why not, kids don't care. It was nowhere near as good as the first one... I didn't even like the original characters in this movie. Literally the only good part of this movie is Jack Jack and Edna. I love that! Ok obviously, I still love Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, and  Samuel L. Jackson. They play their roles so good! But it's not like its really them, so that can't carry the show.

Podcast An Australian podcast too. The story happens in the early 80s but the podcast started being researched in 2015. Hedley Thomas is an award-winning Australian journalist, who naturally I've never heard of because I am in America. But he seems like the real deal... But this podcast is very similar to others where they kind of go in chronological order but also talk to different people about what they remember, but the people don't go in order. Sorry, that was confusing but also it makes sense because the stories get confusing... Also this all took place over 30 years ago so there is no proof, just a lot of hearsay. Lyn Dawson was married to the man of her dreams and had 2 kids. These kids were also hard for her to conceive which means that they were the most important things in her life. She was 33 and had been married for 12 years when she disappeared. Her husband Chris Dawson had a twin and they were creepily close. Both brothers played professional rugby, and were

Current TV shows

Guys I only really write about old shows because I feel like I have to finish them to be able to write about them. But I know a lot of people watch the current shows, I do too. I watch more Hulu than anything. So I'm going to give you a list of all the shows that i'm watching that are still on TV American Housewife- ABC A sitcom that follows a (some say overweight some say normal weight) mom of 3 as she tries to live and raise her kids in a normal way while living in an upscale Connecticut Suburb. Her oldest daughter is an aspiring trophy wife, her son is an aspiring billionaire, and the youngest has severe OCD but is also the obvious favorite. Annacat thinks she's a cat but also reads all sorts of nonfiction books on tragic things, for example Pearl Harbor. I started watching a couple months ago but I caught up last week and I'm very upset about it. This is Us- NBC I started watching this a few weeks late because it looked weird, but when I watched it around

More Netflix shows

How it Ends Movie Theo James! Literally the only reason I watched this is because he's so hot! And it has Kat Graham and I love her. But the movie sucked! Forest Whitaker couldn't even bring any legitimacy to the show. It was embarrassing! And they opened it up to have a sequel. It is on Netflix so I bet they do it. Gypsy TV show Naomi Watts is a fantastic actress! She plays this part so great! Also Karl Guzman is in this show and he is newly engaged to Zoe Kravitz. But that has nothing to do with the show... The show is 10 episodes of weird stuff. Its super psychological and kind of boring I watched the first half a while ago then finished it last night. It had a horrible ending though. It literally just stopped. I mean it was interesting but I'm not surprised it only went 1 season. The Babysitter Movie Robbie Amell, Bella Thorne, Hannah Mae Lee of Pitch Perfect and Samara Weaving who I don't know but she's gorgeous and Australian, so I love her. They

Will and Grace

TV show I didn't watch it before but when they announced that they were revamping the show I started watching. I loved it from the first episode! It has the funny one liners that I love! I should have written this as I watched seeing as there were 8 seasons. That is a lot and it took me a while to watch it all and I don't really remember specifics. But it is pretty typical, it's a lot like Friends where once they started to get more popular they would bring in random more famous/popular celebrities to date the stars of the show. That is a big part of the show too. Its fun to see who dates Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen. Woody Harrolson and Patrick Dempsy are my favorite. I could list a bunch more but I don't want to just list celebrities. I want to talk about the show. Debra Messing is hilarious and I love her. I watched her cop show just because it was hers. It didn't last though... I also loved Smash. I have no idea where Eric McCormack came from or what he'

Glee

TV show This is an old one and at least in my circle, its not talked about at all anymore. The other morning, I was lying in bed watching YouTube and I saw a video of Lea Michele and Darren Criss announcing their upcoming tour and I got nostalgic. I decided to watch Glee. Its not the same because Finn and Puck are dead both self inflicted and both devastating. Finn overdosed back in 2013 and it was tragic because he was still in the height of his career but fighting depression. Puck hung himself last year after being arrested for possession of child pornography. He was also accused of sexual battery in 2013. This was one of those shows where the the stars got so big so fast and they didn't know how to handle it. But scandal aside, the music is fantastic and the story is exactly what I've been wanting in my life these days. I was missing my teenage angsty shows.  This show had a lot of problems, the storyline didn't always flow but it has the drama. Also i'm starting
