Netflix shows

I went through a phase where I just watch all of the movies on Netflix that I could. With all of those movies, I could write so many blog posts. But I can't remember specifics on all of them, which would make bad posts. But I also don't want to ignore these movies because I really liked a lot of them. So I am going to basically just list all of them. Friends from College- follows a group of friends that met at Harvard. Keegan Michael Key, Fred Savage, Annie Parisse, Nat Faxon, and Jae Suh Park all met at college and have stayed friends into their 40s. Keegan is also married to Cobie Smulders, who also went to Harvard but she was younger than the others so she is still kind of an outsider. They all end up in the big city together 20 years later. Its funny and dramatic and season 2 comes out January 11. Sierra Burgess is a Loser- I did not like this. Shannon Purser is on a roll this year and I like her in Riverdale and Stranger things but in this movie, I was not impressed.

The Haunting of Hill House

TV show This was so good! It was creepy and dramatic. Its about this family who moved into this big house to restore and resale it for a lot of money. There were 5 kids and it flashes back and forth from their summer in the house and their adult lives. I don't know any of the kids or the parents while they're young but the dad in the adult days is Timothy Hutton who is a fantastic actor. Michael Huisman, the oldest brother, has played everything from a warrior on Game of Thrones to Harrison Ford's son on Age of Adeline. He's amazing and super hot. Esme Cullen, and Ava from Grey's Anatomy plays the oldest sister. She is also so good at her part! It seemed like everyone was talking about this show when we decided to watch it. Also its a Netflix show and those are crazy good right now. As soon as I finished the show, I heard a Bachelor alumni talking about it on his podcast and he said everything I had been thinking. Also Bachelor producer Elan Gale was one the gho

The End of the F***ing World

TV series on Netflix A British comedy about a alleged psychopath who is also 17. Since it takes place in England, I don't know any of the characters except my husband pointed out that the cop is Yara Greyjoy from Game of Thrones. Its very short, we watched it in like 4 hours it was the perfect Saturday afternoon binge. It was so funny and dark and it swears a lot. Like a lot for even a British show. Since its so short, there really isn't a lot to say. So watch if you don't mind swearing but if you can't swear, don't watch.

Crazy Rich Asians

Movie I asked my husband if he liked this movie, he said it was a girl movie. It is. It's a typical Romantic Comedy. But it was such a good one! It had humor, it had conflict, it had a happy ending! I loved the characters and the plot. Awkwafina probably doesn't get appreciated 100% of the time but I love her! I love her voice and her humor. She's one of my favorite actors right now and she took off recently. I'd never heard of her until I watch Dude on Netflix. She plays one of Lucy Hales best friends and I loved that movie too. She was also in Oceans 8 with all the big stars. Constance Wu is one of those names that I heard sometimes but I had never seen her in anything. I love her though! I also didn't know who the lead male is, Henry Golding is so good though and he's in A Simple Favor which I will see one of these days. I didn't even notice Harry Shum Jr. Ken Jeong is pretty typical for him. He doesn't completely alienate me like he has sometim

Antman and the Wasp

Movie The sequel to Antman has all of the same humor and fun. Paul Rudd is hilarious and I love him. Evangeline Lily is the perfect mix of smart, busy and personable while playing off of Paul Rudd's humor. Martin Sheen is the signature old science guy that no one can relate to. Judy Greer plays Antman's ex wife and her and her husband are huge fans of Paul's and its fantastic. And Cassie Lang plays one of the best daddy loving daughters I've seen ever. Michael Pena, T.I. and the other guy all come back for another round. They are hilarious too. Also, I just love everything about T.I., he is my favorite person and sometimes I joke about him being the love of my life. In this one they are all in trouble with the feds after Antman went to Germany with Captain and the rest of the Avengers. Paul is on house arrest and Evangeline and Martin are on the run for the entire movie but they somehow team up together to fix mistakes of the past. It is a great movie! That is wha
