Susan and Josh Powell were in love and married, then 1 day (on my 21 birthday) she was never seen again. They lived in West Valley Utah... I lived in West Valley Utah... The lead detective worked at my high school, while I was in High School! When Josh Powell first talked to the cops and they searched his car, he walked over to the mall where my first 2 jobs were to rent a car and drive 800 miles. I can't believe that I didn't follow the case when it happened! Oh also my dad worked at Home Depot then and totally helped Josh that December. Its so gross and crazy.

Also the whole Powell family was totally involved, I have no doubt about that. The dad knew, the brothers knew, and the little sister suspected but never wanted to voice anything. Ok that is my opinion anyway. Also I don't think that they helped him plan it, I do think that his brother Michael was the first person he called after it was done and it wasn't long until Dad knew and then slowly people were brought in.

The amount of red flags in this family is innumerable! The actual Powell family and Josh in general are sociopaths! I just can't believe that there wasn't anything that was done before she went missing. I mean she did set up some safeguards but she still didn't make anything significant enough. The fact that they couldn't arrest him is insane! Anyway, its a long running podcast but so intense! and worth the listen, everyone I know is obsessed with it.

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
