Peyton List, Riley Smith, and Mekhi Phifer come together as cops in Queens trying to solve a serial killer case. The twist? Riley Smith and Peyton List are 20 years apart! Mekhi Phifer is around in both decades which is a nice way to tie it all together. I know this was also a movie...I haven't seen it but I should watch it because Mekhi's character is played by Captain Holt from Brooklyn 99 so you know it is an incredible movie.

This show only went 1 season although I think it had potential to go more. I watched it in 2 days and stayed up until 4 am to watch it! I couldn't stop, I was obsessed! I thought the storyline was so good and the acting was actually pretty good too. None of these people are show carrying characters... Peyton and Riley are both super attractive people and they've been good in everything I've seen them in, but I think they might just be pretty people...  Also in my mind Mekhi is a huge name, but I only know him from 8 Mile and Divergent although he was on ER for a long time too.

So yeah, this show is a real intense 14 episodes and worth the short watch. If it was longer, it might not be worth it. But like I said, I watched it in 2 days.

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
