Alison Brie from Community and the Lego Movie and married to Dave Franco hooks up with Jason Sudeikis of SNL fame, star of We're the Millers and many other movies, and Fiancé to Olivia Wilde. So basically their Hollywood B list royalty and comedic gold! I thought this was a weird combination, mostly because I feel like Jason is much older than Alison... But they are only 7 years apart so it's not crazy, although they do play the same age in the movie.
The movie was actually way funnier than I expected. And on top of the humor aspect, it was actually a cute ending too. The storyline seems weird at first but it's actually something that a lot of people would like to happen to them. It's a story about firsts and the issues that come with how we sometimes get with our "firsts." They both have the same beginning and ending but very different middles. It's an interesting concept.
Also because I'm the one who has to name all of the random side actors, this is where that comes in. There is Adam Brody, (Gilmore Girls and the OC,) Adam Scott (Parks and Rec, Boy Meets World, Step Brothers, and about 1000 others,) Jason Mantzoukas (Parks and Rec. and Brooklyn 99,) Natasha Lyonne (Orange is the New Black,) and Amanda Peet ( A Lot Like Love,) are just the ones I can think of after the fact.
