Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini team up and become best friends in this twisty show. James Marsden is also in it playing a total shady jerk. It's strange because we get this story about him, then we meet him and he seems so nice but it still doesn't seem right. His character was actually really complicated and I really liked it. Christina and Linda's characters bond over loss and they even move in together. The show ends up taking us on a total trip where I didn't know who to believe. I liked all the characters but I didn't trust any of them!


This is one of those shows that has equal parts friendship and loyalty and equal parts sadness and depression. It was brilliantly written, I have this thing where I predict what happens during shows like this but I was really wrong. I do think that Christina's character was a little too hard, I think she would be really hard to get along with. I get that she's gone through a lot but it's like they made her out to be an actual villain when she didn't have to be.


There will more seasons released and I will add to this post because I will for sure be watching. I was obsessed with this show.

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
