This is a how to book written by Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark, the creators of the My Favorite Murder podcast. The chapter heads are based off funny things they said in the podcast but the actual writing in the chapter is stories about their lives. They are deep stories too. I can't blame them for thinking that writing the book was the hardest thing they've done. They are real life stories about growing up, and becoming the people they are today.

I read the book in 3 days while on vacation with 8 of my closest friends, I really didn't read that often. I was doing a lot but every chance I took I read a chapter or two. I was obsessed with this book! It had the humor and personality of the podcast. I also think it had some really important views. It really has a lot of deep wisdom!

But while I recommend everyone reading this book, it does swear a lot and have dark stories involved. I mean it's a true crime podcast, but the book is more Karen and Georgia's history. It was just really good!

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
