Podcast I had never heard of this case before so that's always fun. This is about a college student that went missing on a long weekend her freshman year of college. This happened in 96 and she still hasn't been found! She would be 43 now... So the guy who wrote and recorded the podcast I think is from the same home town as Kristin but was younger so he didn't know her but it turns out that he does know a lot of people that knew her or the guy accused of killing her. So basically she went to a party and got drunk and then a few people tried to help her home but eventually some guy was the one who ended up "watching her get into her dorm." I put that in quotes because she never actually got to her dorm. But in 23 years the cops have questioned everything and everyone about this guy and he still hasn't been arrested! They have never found her body either. Both of his parents seem to be covering for him but so many people have called him creepy. This is a short post because it's a short series. I think it's only 7 episodes. But it was so well done and now I will totally keep up with Kristin Smart. I think that is the big thing with these kind of "smaller cases," not enough people know about them and it's people knowing and telling what they know that get's these cases solved.

The Hating Game

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
