Holidays

I'm sure no one is surprised but I got a little distracted during the holidays. 1 Sag season ended so I became a little more focused on the world around me and less flighty. But with that I had to go back to work and I was off my work schedule even though I only took a week off... So I've been really tired at work and leaving early. But I also got told that I'm probably going back to days mid-end of January. So with all this focused energy I started dating... Like nothing big or anything, a lot of it started with work friends (even though I really didn't want to date a co-worker, with 2020 I only have so many options) But that also got me back on Facebook dating... I've only met 1 person but I'm talking to a few more and that one was really cute and fun. The kind of guy that is totally my old type but I've changed a lot in the last year or 2 so I definitely don't appreciate that type like I used to. We had different religious and political views but we do a lot of the same kind of things for fun and we both work a lot to try to get out of the world our parents live in... But the cons are big ones, especially right now... So in other news my house is officially done and I have people ready to move in on February 1st! So that is almost out of my hands completely now and so I can start saving for my new house. I want to really focus on this and work overtime and save all my money so that I can be in a new house by summer. But the housing market sucks so I don't know what to do. But I have time to figure that out.

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
