Jane the Virgin

TV Show I finished this show on New Years Eve and I kind of like that because it had the most beautiful ending. I have been team Jane and family since the beginning. She wanted a happy marriage her whole life and it ended with the perfect wedding scene. The Villanueva women are the best people to watch. Alba seems so serious but we know that's all an act. Xiomara seems so not serious but we learn it's just because she's lacking confidence. Jane is the least impressive character on the show. She has 2 real love interests in the show. I mean she dates others including Tyler Posey who I now love... But really Michael and Rafael are the big ones. I personally think Raf is better but that's because Justin Baldoni is hot on everything I've seen him in. I don't even know who plays Michael... But Michael is the one she started out with, her first love so that is significant. When she chose Michael I wasn't surprised but alas this is a telenovela so no matter what there is going to be drama. And that is a hidden secret to this show. It is an Americanized telenovela! And it's fantastic! There is a narrator, it's over the top, people come back from the dead, there are long lost twins, and just the characters are best friends. It's also freaking adorable when Michael and Rogelio become best friends! Between that relationship and Alba I can't pick what my favorite part is. Also I love the twins... They're great on everything I've seen them on. So this is 5 seasons of crazy but the best kind of crazy.

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
