Jumanji; The Next Level

This post is going to be more about the situation around watching the movie but I really like the 2 newer Jumanjis so I'm still going to keep this about the show too. So I met this guy completely randomly and didn't think anything of him. Then I found out that my friend knew him and thought we could be good together at least physically... So she started matchmaking. Knowing a little bit more about him and after having a conversation with him I agreed to go out for drinks with him. We were there for way longer than I expected but it was a lot of fun and we really vibed. Even made out by our cars after. After that we went out again and I actually spent the night at his place. Then I decided it could be time to invite him over to my place to meet my dogs. They liked him instantly and it was really surprising and really cool. Then we watched a movie. The movie was so funny, I already liked the combo of Dwayne, Kevin, Jack, Gillian and Nick but we add Awkwafina to the mix who is hilarious. And in real life we add Danny Devito (eh) and Danny Glover who I miss and in my opinion totally makes this movie! Just his way of talking is fantastic! Oh also the Hound from GoT is in the movie too. So the reason I decided to combine this movie with the date in general is because other than the added characters the movie is basically the same as the last one. Kids get sucked into a video game and then they try to beat the game. Spoiler, they do… I'll be honest, I would never try to watch both in one day because it would be like watching the same movie twice. They are both so funny but the same funny. However it was a fun experience because I actually really liked the guy who I watch it with and we watched with my dogs and I haven't let anyone meet my dogs since my ex-husband. It was a nice night!

Lucy Hale is enough to sell this movie to me. But it was really good anyway. A little predictable but that's not surprising for a rom com. The fun thing about this movie is that it really has a real rivalry. And takes place in publishing. Is publishing that big of a deal? There seem to be a lot of movies and TV shows around publishing. But it's about this small, cute, sweet book publisher who merges with a bigger, stiffer, more capitalist book publisher. And then the teams war against each other. So a lot of it is about the work rivalry but it is also about Lucy and Austin Stowell and how they interact together. It's cute. I would totally watch it if I were you.

TV show Psychological thriller if there ever was one! Penn Badgley plays the perfect insane character! He's got this look that just scares the crap out of me! The main girl is amazing too but she's nothing compared to Penn. Shay Mitchell is also one of my favorite people from her Pretty Little Liars days. She also plays her character well and I love her. The story has enough real life to make it believable but also enough crazy to well make it crazy. This isn't going to be a long post because only season 1 is on Netflix so there is only 10 episodes but I think they're still going because IMDB has 2 seasons and they left it open. So I will wait patiently for the next installment because I like Penn anyway but this is a new level for him.

Baby is real

I think I felt the baby move. It was very trippy. But very cool as well. We also found out recently that it's a girl. I'm having a baby girl. Now that I'm showing and feeling it and can shop for it, it all seems more real. This isn't going to be a long post because there isn't a lot to say. I'm really not doing much but growing a human is enough for me I guess. So we've started shopping. We have a crib, a bassinet and some artwork for the nursery. Also we just have a bunch of cute clothes. Not anything real big although she's going to be born in winter. The next step is a carseat stroller combo. Any suggestions? Basically I want just a bunch of black or grey onsies for her easy clothes and then sweats and leggings to wear over them.
